What is included:

• Pick-up at the ferry when you arrive, taxi to the villa

• Bed linen and towels

• Cleaning upon departure.

• Taxi back to the ferry upon departure.

• Normal consumption of electricity and water (max 700thb/day for villa and pool).

• For longer stay the villa is cleaned once per week and towels and sheets are changed weekly

Sometimes we can offer long term rental and if you are interested to discuss this please contact us.

For rental more than 1 month price and terms are agreed separately.

Long term is normally excluding bills meaning that you will pay for electricity, water, laundry and cleaning service if requirred.
